Sigh – Spiritualized art print inspired by Lazer Guided Melodies

Sigh is my limited Spiritualized art print based on Angel Sigh, the hypnotic peak of their 1992 Electro-Shoegaze classic Lazer Guided Melodies. The milky, distorted characters of the original sleeve for Spiritualized’s Lazer Guided Melodies captures its slow, majestic ascent and ghostly rhythms beautifully. But they always felt too clean, too crisp to convey the layers upon layers of distorted reverb and delay. Sigh is my take on the original, building up those layers with colour and texture.
