Your satisfaction with your art print is our priority. As each print is custom-made to order, our policy for refunds and returns is outlined below.
1.1 Damage Upon Arrival
Your print is meticulously checked for quality, finish and condition before shipping. We take great care in packaging our prints, but in the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at [Your Contact Email Address].
- Provide your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damage to both the print and the packaging.
- Upon review, we will arrange for a replacement print to be sent to you free of charge. We may require the damaged print to be returned to us, in which case we will provide a pre-paid return label.
1.2 Quality Issues
If you believe there is a quality issue with your print (e.g., printing error, incorrect size from order), please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photographic evidence of the issue. We will assess the situation and, if a defect is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or a full refund.
1.3 No Returns for Change of Mind (Custom-Made Items)
As our prints are made to order specifically for you, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. We strongly encourage you to review all product details, including sizing and imagery, carefully before placing your order. If you have placed an incorrect order, please contact us immediately.
1.4 Cancellations You may request to cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, the print production process may have already begun, and cancellations may not be possible. Please contact us immediately at if you need to cancel.
1.5 Custom Orders / Bespoke Modifications
For custom orders or prints with bespoke modifications, all sales are final. These items are uniquely created per your specifications and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a confirmed defect or damage upon arrival.
1.6 Refund Process
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days of approval. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
