Are your prints limited editions?

While some special releases may be limited editions, my core collection prints are ‘open editions’. Each print is carefully produced to order, ensuring quality and minimising waste. Any limited edition runs will be clearly stated on the product page.

Do you do requests?

Sure. No promises, but if it’s a track or an album you feel passionate about, and I feel I can do it justice, I’ll give it a shot. Get in touch via the Contact page, and let’s chat.

What sizes are available for your prints?

My prints are available in a range of standard frame sizes to make framing easy and accessible. Please refer to each product page for specific size options and dimensions.

Can you print custom sizes?

I want my art on your wall, I want it to look perfect, and I want you to love it. Because I always print to order, I can make adjustments before they go. If you want a specific size, or a bespoke colour, please get in touch. Artwork modifications incur additional costs depending on complexity. Get in touch via the Contact page, and I’ll see what I can do.

How are prints packaged for shipping?

All prints are carefully inspected, protected in acid-free tissue paper, and shipped in sturdy, flat rigid mailers or robust mailing tubes (depending on size) to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

How do you print your art?

I’ve worked directly with the same specialist printer for over 5 years, who use a state-of-the-art 12-colour pigment ink system to capture every detail of my work in ultra-vivd colour. All my art prints are produced on museum-quality Hahnemühle Photo Rag paper. This premium, 100% cotton paper is renowned for its exceptional archival properties, subtle texture, and ability to reproduce vibrant colours and deep blacks with incredible detail, ensuring your print lasts for generations.

Where do you ship?

For simplicity, I only ship to mainland UK. If you’re overseas and want to buy my work, get in touch via the Contact page – we can work something out.

I’m not happy with my print. What do I do?

I hate to hear that. I’m in this to deliver absolute perfection, and if you’re not happy, I’m not happy. Every print is checked meticulously before it’s dispatched and, if I wouldn’t hang it on my own wall, I wouldn’t expect you to hang it on yours. If your print doesn’t meet the high standard you should expect from me. Please get in touch via your order correspondence within 48hrs, referencing your original order number and reason for dispute (with photographic evidence if applicable). If your complaint is accepted and upheld, I will reprint and dispatch your order free of charge. Please see my full Refunds and Returns policy.

I made a mistake with my order, what should I do?

I print each piece to order, and do not hold prints in stock. Therefore your purchase is classed as bespoke. Once your order has moved into production it will no longer be possible to modify or cancel your order. If you made a mistake when placing your order – for example choosing the wrong size or colour, please get in touch immediately – if your order has not yet been processed it may be possible to modify or cancel it. If you wish to cancel your order, and do so before it has moved into production, you will receive a refund, minus any payment processing fees I have incurred. Please see my full Refunds and Returns policy.

I want to buy several prints, do you offer discounts?

My prints are sold at a standard price, and I don’t typically offer evergreen ‘multibuy’ discounts. However, look out for specific promotional discounts from time to time on my website and social media channels.

Can I share images of your work on social media?

Absolutely! I love seeing my art in its new home. Please feel free to share and tag me [@AndyColumbine.Art] and consider using the hashtag [#AndyColumbineArt]. I truly appreciate your support. What you cannot do is reprint, reproduce or copy my original artwork, in whole or in part without my expressed written consent.
