Terms and conditions for current competitions and giveaways.

Instagram Giveaway (November 2025)

1. Competition Overview

  • Competition Name: Guess the Classic Album Art Print Giveaway
  • Host/Promoter: Andy Columbine (The “Promoter”)
  • Prize: One (1) winner will receive one (1) 30x40cm unframed copy of my new art print based on the guessed album (Retail value £55).
  • Competition Start Date: 04/11/2025
  • Competition Closing Date: 16/11/2025 at 11:59pm GMT
  • Winner Announcement: The winner will be contacted via Direct Message (DM) on Instagram within 48 hours of the closing date, and publicly announced on my Instagram Story.

2. Entry Requirements

Entry is conditional upon participants fulfilling all of the following requirements on the official competition post on Instagram:

  1. Liking the official competition post.
  2. Following the Promoter’s Instagram account (@AndyColumbine.Art).
  3. Commenting on the official competition post with the correct name of the classic album.
  4. Tagging at least one (1) legitimate friend in the comments (each additional tag will count as a bonus entry).

Entries not fulfilling all four conditions will be considered void. Automated or spam entries will result in immediate disqualification.

3. Eligibility

  • Entrants must be 18 years of age or older.
  • The competition is open to UK residents only.

4. Winner Selection

The winner will then be chosen at random from the pool of eligible entrants who fulfilled all four entry requirements and submitted the correct answer.

5. Prize Fulfillment

  • The winner must respond to the Promoter’s DM within 2 days and provide a valid shipping address to claim the prize.
  • If the winner does not respond within the timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
  • The Promoter is responsible for standard shipping costs of the prize. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the winner.

6. Disclaimers and Indemnification

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, or any album artist or record label. By participating, you provide a complete release of Instagram and Meta from any liability associated with this promotion.
